As the Coronavirus Pandemic continues to evolve, it has forced our population to change the way we live our day to day lives. At Coolum Coastal Property, the safety of our staff, clients and contractors is of paramount importance to us. Our staff continue to follow strict guidelines and have now resumed open for inspections, but if you feel more comfortable a private property inspections can always be arranged. Routine inspections by our property managers have also resumed, and all other critical work to maintain properties will observe physical distancing and strict recommended hygiene measures.
We want to ensure you that you are best supported to navigate your way through these uncertain times with as much help and guidance as we can offer. We understand that many tenants have lost their income and will struggle to pay their rent – and the impact that this will have on property owners who rely on rental income to meet their financial responsibilities. We have received many questions from concerned clients and tenants – and although many things are out of our control, one thing we can do is keep our lines of communication open. We hope this page will provide useful information and assurance that we are doing everything possible to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
